Great service! A/C went out and Bryan was quick to come and assess the situation on a Sunday, I decided to replace my old furnace and old hot water tank at the same time and was accommodated with honesty and integrity with a solid solution that fit my needs and my budget. I had other quotes as well but was not treated nearly as well, Bryan was willing to teach me why the products selected were the best options and assisted with a government rebate program as well. Ann Lynch (Air Conditioner)
This Company installed my air conditioner and did a perfect job so i recommended them to my parents. My parents had Heritage install a new furnace and water heater. Bryan explained that the cold air return was not sufficient for the house and this would effect the function of their furnace and air conditioner. He worked diligently to expand the function of their cold air return without having to open up the drywall. He came back to the house a second time (at his own cost) to test and ensure that the systems were in balance. In the past when I entered my parents house I was hit with a wall of heat because my parents were unable to properly control the temperature based on their old system. Now their house is at a comfortable 72 F with an easy read thermostat. I honestly believe that other companies would have told them they needed a new air conditioner and walked away if they didn't but it from them. The word integrity is synonymous with Heritage Heating and Cooling

Heritage Heating & Cooling, (Bryan) spent over two hours surveying our home prior to presenting his proposal. He then went to great lengths to explain this. His estimate of three days to install the system was correct. Bryan came back on the fourth day to carry out tests and fine tune airflow adjustments. The system is working perfectly. Martha Sundstrom (Furnace)
Our furnace broke down during this winter. Bryan explained to us that our furnaces heat exchanger was cracked and that it made more sense to install a new High Efficiency Furnace, rather than replace a $1000+ part on a 21 year old furnace. Bryan provided 2 electric heaters for the night and had the new furnace up and running the next day!
